This RAM works in ALL "Unibody" MacBook Pro models, including the new i5 and i7 models.

Overview: The "Unibody" MacBook Pro has a black bezel surrounding the screen, and runs DDR3-1066 memory.

How Much RAM Can You Install? The newer "Unibody" MacBook Pro with the black bezel model can run up to 8GB maximum, depending on model, However, some versions can only run 6GB maximum.

1066 vs. 1067? The correct name for this memory is DDR3-1066. But since it runs at 1066.66Mhz, the Apple System Profiler reports it as 1067Mhz.

These internal hard drives are compatible with ALL models of the MacBook Pro. The exception is the 1TB drive, which is only compatible with the "Unibody" MacBook Pro models, and the "Original" 17 inch MacBook Pro. The Macbook Pro has just one internal drive bay. Therefore, you must remove the original hard drive in order to upgrade.
